Reverent Airlines is a case study given out GTCR.

What makes Reverent an excellent case study is it features a geographically constrained company in a notoriously difficult industry to invest in (i.e., airlines) and provides the candidate sufficient time to thoroughly research the dynamics of the industry to come to an appropriate investment conclusion.

While this is an investment case study, the firm requests that the candidate conduct significant comparable company research on Sun Country, an airline that was turned around under private equity ownership. Additionally, the case places greater focus on valuation, as it asks for "football field" chart to be made.
